reduce towns and cities of the uk

Additional Information

The government should reduce the towns my merging together towns with under 1000 people living in them with larger and more populus towns and cities in the uk. The new larger towns and cities would have a new councils and the old councils would of been abolished. Having less towns and cities would also benefit the economy.
