SUNDERLAND COUNCIL LEADER PAUL WATSON HAS TOLD THE NEWCASTLE CHRONICLE WE THE PUBLIC DON’T WANT A VOTE ON DEVOLUTION

HE SEEMS TO HAVE FORGOTTEN WE HAVE ALREADY VOTED ON DEVOLUTION IN 2004 AND IT WAS A MASSIVE MAJORITY TO REJECT DEVOLUTION
