Stop Fife council from allowing the new rules for recycling centres
Because they is so much fly tipping in Fife and the new bin service isn't any good and people are finding it hard to recycle there waste in a correct manner and now Fife council is wanting to ban vans and trailers and make you book a appointment which you can only do up to 12 times a year
