The power of an employer to withdraw the Tier 2 sponsorship is taken away .
The employer took undue advantage of power to withdraw the certificate sponsorship and treat the employee as a slave. They do not follow employment laws and do not pay the salary.
The employees become vulnerable because of this power and they take undue advantage of it. This results in modern slavery.
