There has been an increase in prisoners taunting victims, intimidating witnesses and accessing social media. Introducing mobile phone jammers into prisons would rectify this with the flick of a button.

Additional Information

The Secretary of state for justice needs to introduce Mobile phone jammers which would stop all prisoners accessing the internet via smart phones and making calls.
