Change the law within the Animal Welfare act, regarding any animal as a prize
This is mostly relating to funfair stalls offering goldfish as prizes to both losing/winning parties. These fish are not looked after efficiently all day by the uneducated winners. Those who hold the goldfish all day are usually ALWAYS under 16, and provide the worst possible care resulting in death
