Animal abuse - the law to be a tougher to stop it happening

Petition Details

The law needs to be there to protect defenceless animals. If these people are capable to these things to animals, they can do to children too.
Currently the law isn't a deterrent and holds nothing to stop these crimes from happening which are sickening.
