Make premium rate text services need physical signature on terms and charges.
Premium rate text services send you a text message on your mobile and when you reply/text stop, you get charged without knowing charges or terms and conditions of service. Mobile operators charge on their behalf and you can't contact these premium rate text providers.
It's happening all too often and to vulnerable people. Make it must for premium rate text services providers to get physical signature of billpayers on charges , terms and conditions for these services.
