Ensure current UK citizens who so desire remain European Citizens after Brexit.
There is no juridiction in the world that allows one State to arbitarily annul an individual's citizenship of another State. This is what the UK intends to implement when Brexit is effected.

Full text of original proposed petition:-
As a non-negotiable condition of leaving the European Union the UK Government shall ensure that should any person who was a UK Citizen and therefore also a European Citizen at the time of the UK Referendum on EU Membership so desire then that person shall be granted by the UK Government and the European Parliament and Commission to retain their Joint European Citizenship Status in every respect.
