Make it illegal to sell tickets for more than 25% the face value!

So today I tried to buy Red Hot Chilli Pepper tickets but at exactly 10am there were no tickets available. I was directed to ticketmasters sister site 'getmein' where the tickets were over 50% the original face value.
We want to support the band, we do not want to support the touts!
