Legislate for Ulster Rugby to have a free hand to extend Ruan Pienaar's contract
Ulster Rugby (a professional sports team) have been prevented from retaining the services of a wonderful role model, magnificent ambassador and fine all round honorary Ulsterman, Ruan Pienaar, due to interference from the IRFU in preventing Ulster from having a "foreign" player in his position.
