Base the threshold for Child Benefit on the COMBINED income of the parents

Petition Details

Parents lose their entitlement to Child Benefit when one of their salaries goes above £60,000pa. A single parent with an income of £60,001pa would lose their Child Benefit completely. However, two parents could have a joint income of £99,998 (2 x £49,999) and would be entitled to full Child Benefit.
