Women with period pain should have additional leave each month.
Period pain (dysmenorrhea) can be debilitating but women are still pressured to go to work because of the limited sick leave. Putting ones health at risk. Additional time should be a legal requirement for women who suffer from it without affecting their annual leave or current sick leave.
