Ban the use of Poultry Manure being spread on fields for agricultural use.
Over the past several years Poultry Manure has been introduced rather than Cow manure on agricultural land. If the wind is blowing just slightly, then you can't go outside the house without the nauseating and gut-wrenching smell that comes off the Manure.
