Make ASLs (Bicycle boxes) illegal for motor vehicles to stop or rest in.
The Advanced Stop Line (Bicycle box) is consistently and wrongly used by motor vehicles stop in, despite it not being allowed, it's not a fineable offence unless an officer sees one enter it. They are there for cyclists safety and should be treated like yellow box junctions by motor vehicles.
