We believe that leaving the EU now as a result of the referendum is wrong.
1. The campaign was dominated by immigration.
2. At the General Election 3 out of 4 winning MPs wished to remain in the EU. Democratically elected MPs should not abandon their known stance and overturn the UK electorate’s wishes in order to try secure their own re-election or for any other reason.
We believe that the government would be both irresponsible and acting undemocratically to advise leaving the EU with no known execution plans.
