Abellio Greater Anglia should compensate for delays longer than 15 minutes
The lines operated by Abellio Greater Anglia are frequently subject to delays, causing severe disruption.
The delay repay scheme should be amended to refund for delays greater than 15 minutes, instead of the current 30 minute threshold.
The train operator c2c offer pro-rata compensation on delays over 2 minutes.
