Make childcare funding and support fairer for working parents.
The average cost of full time child care is £11024 per annum per child. The average gross salary is £26500. Parents struggle to return to work, whilst the government provides free child care for parents which don't work. This policy needs to be reviewed to support parents who wish to return to work.
