Investigate why the NHS is still employing Katrina Percy.
Katrina Percy was the Southern Health chief executive who failed to investigate a number of deaths that occurred under her care.
and now the NHS have given her a completely new non existing position and paying her the same has she was getting in her previous position which is £240K.
