Information Publicly Displayed By The London Gazette
Publication by the London Gazette of personal information should be time capped.
For example, the London Gazette should not be permitted to advertise information concerning a personal insolvency for more than six years from the date of an insolvency order. This would bring it in line with the time frame of credit reference agencies.
Publication of personal financial information is of detriment to the individual and causeS unwarranted distress.
The long term (103 years) public advertising of a persons financial history is excessive.
