Bi-Polar sufferers require medication to stabalise their condition.It is a debilitating life time condition which can cause varying mood swings if not controlled by prescribed medications. People with diabetes receive FREE prescriptions, why not bi-Polar sufferers? Stop the discrimination now by signing this e-petition to request Parliament to support FREE prescriptions for the millions of Bi Polar sufferers in the U.K.
