Teach Mental Health and Useful Life Skills in schools and make it compulsory.
Young people are very vulnerable to mental health and often do not know who to reach out to or how to cope with it, but many also don't know what it is, which is why it would be important for this to become compulsory.
Life skills like bill paying etc. should also be taught to make doing it easier.
