People on job seekers allowance should have conduct work for what they receive
It is unfair to expect our local authorities to continue to provide services to the general public at the same level year on year when the funding pot decreases year on year.
If people are able to search for and conduct work then they should be expected to give an amount of hours equal to the money they receive in benifits, this should be organised in a manner similar to community service.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
You could start a new petition calling for people claiming Jobseeker's Allowance to be required to work for local authorities for a certain number of hours a week, if that's what you would like to happen.
