To give free parking for members at the abbey leisure centre in barking
A new leisure has opened in Barking. Only problem is, it's £2.10 per hour to park your car their! If I'm there for 2 hours per day thats £29.40 per week = £117.60 per month + my monthly membership of £47.50 per month. That's a total of £ 165.10 per month just to use the leisure facility's.

The price of parking at the Abbey Leisure Centre is the responsibility of your borough council: the London Borough of Dagenham and Barking, not the UK Government or Parliament.
