Fathers should automatically be granted 50% custody of their children by law

Petition Details

At present a father needs to fight to have 50% access to their child. A child that is legally a mother and fathers. A child needs a father just as much as a mother and the current legislation is not only stuck in the dark ages but favours considerably the mother. This needs to change.
