Provide public, social, indoor, areas without an obligation to buy something
It used to be that people could go to pubs. Here they could meet people, find jobs, socialise and relax, and act out an innate urge to commune with others. Now there is too much pressure on people's homes to allow friends in to socialise. Pubs are are not accommodating and parks get dark and wet.
