Change to Western European time to take advantage of 1hr extra evening daylight

Petition Details

Conversion to Western European time would give one hour additional evening daylight throughout the year. Western France, much of Spain and all of Portugal are to the west of the UK and yet they are 1hr ahead. It would also have a business advantage of harmonising UK time with Western Europe.
