VAT on Kids Toothbrushes

We need to have a complete review on what VAT is charged on.

I was horrified to look at my Tesco online shopping bill only to see i've paid VAT on my two year old sons new toothbrushes.

This cannot be right and needs changin..........NOW!!!!!
