I would like Police forces across the nation to do unmarked bicycle rides.
This will help educate both drivers and cyclists alike in proper road usage and would reduce accidents/deaths considerably.
I would recommend that the use of cycle helmet cameras be used to record incidents that happen and make prosecutions.

Enforcing the law is the responsibility of the police and the courts, not the Government and Parliament.
If you think that the law about proper road usage by cyclists and cars should be changed or reviewed so that it is more easily enforceable, you could start a petition calling for that.
