Make pushbike helmets mandatory.
Not wearing a seatbelt in a car is dangerous and punishable, as is not wearing a helmet on a motorcycle.
Why are pushbike helmets not mandatory if they are riding on public roads with vehicles?
Making it compulsory could save lives.
