put bin collections back to collecting more than one bin
we need our original collections back, today the bin man refused to empty my 2nd bin and also someone else on our street leaving full bin with rotting food for yet another week, how many vermin and germs will that create
we need our bin collections back to more than one bin per household, one bin per household is no good with bigger familys, its bad enough now whats it going to be like if they do change it to 2 weekly collections the streets will be full of rats, mice and vermin, i have 4 young children and one bin is not enough and not allowed a bigger bin until there is 7 or more in a household.
