The Olympic parades scheduled on 17th/18th Oct should be moved to a weekend.
Holding such events on weekdays fails to recognise the desire of the general public to celebrate the fantastic achievements of our inspirational Olympians and Para-Olympians. We should be celebrating together with our children not encouraging them to truant.
