Legislation for Halal meat to be labelled. More inspections + CCTV in abbatoirs.
The govt has no intention of banning religious slaughter we are told. Our custom of stunning is not being carried out all the time nor being checked thoroughly enough with animals suffering intolerably. Secret filming has proved this many times. We want the right NOT to buy Halal. Stop suffering!!
