Developers must install Solar PV on all new buildings.
More than 3,000,000 people worldwide have died from climate change, not to mention the damage to other species.
It's possible to provide the UK's electrical needs with rooftop Solar PV & storage. Forcing developers to install at new build will be a big step to reducing CO2e emissions.
World Health Organisation website states that 150,000 people a year were dying from climate change related issues in 2000 and this will increase to 250,000 people a year by 2030.
