Abolish the challenge 25 ID or Challenge Everyone.
Today at a local supermarket I was challenged to buy alcohol. I showed my credit card which you have to be 18 to have plus my student card with a photograph and my name to match, I then showed a photograph of my passport as I don't like to carry that around, none of this was good enough.
I believe that age should be reduced to an age closer to 18 for example 21, everyone should be challenged no matter what their age or the whole thing should be abolished and only challenged if you look under the age of 18 which is the actual legal drinking age and not 25. Thank you everyone for reading this, I'm sure many people will agree it feels like being discriminated and something needs to be done.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
"Challenge 25" is a voluntary scheme promoted by the Wine & Spirit Trade Association. It is not a Government programme.
