Ensure all Cafcass calls and meetings are recorded and both parties get a copy

Petition Details

Due to personal experience of having a Cafcass telephone interview not reflect my issues, I began to look at net mums and other site representative of both sexes and I've found many people found this happening. All calls and meetings should be recorded for safety to ensure key information is saved.

Additional Information

Since most organisations like insurances record calls it seems a serious failing data gathered in the best interest of a child is not recorded. If a report does not reflect what a parent or other person says the recording could be sent to court to validate the person. A report missing key information causes distress and goes against the person as the court presume Cafcass to be efficient. Recording provides proof for all parties.
