Make it law for the tethering of horses to be a criminal offence.
A tethered horse is a horse on a length of chain. Unable to move beyond the confines of the chain and often without shelter, sufficient grazing and water. Many are tethered 24/7 and spend their days going round and round in circles. They are not living, just existing. You can help end this.
