Stop the out of control motorcycle theft epidemic and associated crimes in London.
Stop the motorcycle theft epidemic and associated crimes in London.
Motivate the UK Government & Metropolitan Police to do something about it, via a targeted program of criminal identification, arrests and prevention at the source of this activity.
People are now dying because of this, stop it now before it gets much worse.....
