Make e-commerce website registration an option

Additional Information

Make it illegal to have to register details on a web site. When buying on-line many companies ask for you to 'register' with their site and keep your details. Some give you the option of being a 'guest'. I propose that all e-commerce sites should legally have this option so no-one has to have their information stored unless they want to.
