Every property within the uk with gas should have a annual gas saftey check
Every month as a registered engineer we receive a gas engineers magerzine with pages of prosecutions of poor work man ship. And landlords that just don't care about there tenants saftey But yet no one looks at private house holds which are no different.

Every year more than 200 people go to hospital with suspected carbon monoxide poisoning which leads to around 50 deaths .
Why are only rental properties monitored when every gas appliance can be a Potential killer.
