Enforce the English Football Association to offer Terry Venables the manager job
After nearly 20 years of the English FA failing to appoint a credible manager, despite the huge resources they can offer compared to other nations it is time the government intervened. Terry Venables is loved by football fans and defined a generation with the football he got this country playing.
Evidence to support these claims: -
Euro 96 as evidence of Terry Venables credentials to get the best out the national team.
Evidence against the FA - their ability to make a worthy appointment over the last 50 years, other than the appointment of Sir Bobby Robson
Add to this the huge resources they have squandered on managers who failed prior, during and after in their work.
