Make school children over the legal age accountable by making bullying illegal.

Petition Details

After reading in the media for the past week or so how many children have been assaulted, ranging from an assault where the child has lost consciousness to a child losing their life from hanging its time the government stepped in and made those who are over 10 accountable for their own actions.
