Increase the minumum sentences for slavery, and trafficking of people including sex trafficking, bonded labor etc

Additional Information

Currently the sentences for slavery, sex trafficking and bonded labor are desultory. Sex traffickers get as little as six months in prison. There should be a minimum guideline sentencing figure of at least 10 years for sex traffickers and bonded labor as to illegally deprive a person of their liberty through coercion and force, over any period of time is a crime not just against an individual, but also against society.
