Disabled bays on private and public land should legally require a blue badge
As someone whose mobility is severely limited. I like thousands of others rely on these parking spaces but they are often full of parents collecting children, people nipping to an ATM.
It was better when the driver's name and photo were shown the offenders were identified immediately
Yesterday we were visiting Furniture Village store in Solihull, every disabled bay was taken by parents and school children.
My local GP surgery is next to a council car park but at school collection time again the bays are used by waiting parents.
Sainsbury's supposedly monitor their bays - not at my store!
