Government promotion for more nurses and health care assistants
Wards are becoming seriously under threat due to lack of nurses and health care assistants, jobs are there, but not being filled.
Due to stringent time scales and deadlines having to be recorded, less time is being given to front line care

Asking the government to run a campaign to promote nursing and other healthcare careers.
Asking the government to review the nursing staffing levels and develop a plan to meet any shortfall.
Asking the government to review the salaries and/or terms and conditions for these roles to make them more attractive.
