Impose tough financial penalties for fabrication of 'fact' in the printed media
With yet another headline in the mainstream tabloids shown to be deliberately misleading and fabricated, the time has come to deter editors from allowing these 'headlines' to be published - especially if they are found to incite hatred and fear of others.
