Regulation of changeover fees charged by caravan site owners

Petition Details

Make it illegal for static caravan site owners to charge a fee in respect of change of ownership of a caravan where the sale is a private sale and the caravan site has had no involvement in the sale. Also to cap the fees charged where the site owner has sold a caravan on behalf of an owner
