Face coverings during public demonstrations
It should be a criminal offence to cover your face while publicly demonstrating on any subject without a valid and authorised medical reason.
When any citizen demonstrates they exercise their lawful rights to do so. Part of that right to demonstrate is matched by the obligation to be recognised.
