Implement Mandatory Licensing For Estate Agents
How can an industry that deals with the most valuable asset that their customers own, not be regulated by licensing as other industries are?
Complaints against estate agents are up 32% with a record £800,000 being paid out in compensation to home buyers, sellers and tenants (Oct 2016, TPOS).
