Decrease the required number of signatures for a debate by 10,000

Petition Details

With a gap of 90,000 signatures between an out-ruling response and a fair debate, there are becoming unacceptable amounts of valid opinions on law and rights shared by thousands upon thousands, which don't get a look in. Shredding this by a mere 10,000 is reasonable in context.
